I manage and support the operations of Spoil Me Dog Spa, working behind the scenes and on the front lines to ensure every pet and every client receives an exceptional experience.

My responsibilities include coordinating appointments, overseeing client communication, and maintaining an organized, stress-free workflow for our grooming team. I make sure our environment stays clean, calm, and welcoming, allowing our groomers to focus on delivering high-quality, compassionate care to each pet.

I also handle day-to-day business needs such as updating records, troubleshooting issues, maintaining supplies, and supporting the team with anything they need to keep services running smoothly. Whether it’s assisting clients with questions, helping create a positive first impression, or ensuring pets feel safe and comfortable from the moment they arrive, I take pride in helping Spoil Me Dog Spa operate with professionalism, warmth, and reliability.
